Known as the ‘Mother of All Yogas’ it includes all aspects of yoga; postures, mudras, breath work, meditation, chanting and relaxation. A daily practice helps us to break through our mental, physical and emotional blocks so that we find out more about who we really are and re-align with our destiny.
