Integrating body, mind and spirit through the 10 major organs of the body
The Organ Vitality Training is an opportunity for self healing and to offer yourself as a healing presence to everyone you meet. It is based on the belief that we all tend to somatize (manifest psychological and emotional stress through physical symptoms), that this starts in childhood and is our attempt to heal the sense of separation and longing we all feel to connect more deeply to the spirit.
With this in mind we take the broadest possible, multi faceted approach to health and healing that addresses all five levels of healing, through five healing traditions.
“The body is the temple, take care of it. The mind is energy, regulate it. The soul is the projection, represent it. All Knowledge is false if the soul is not experienced in the body”.

The 5 forms of healing we offer that heal on all 5 levels
Karam Kriya, Kundalini Yoga, Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and massage.
Karam Kriya is a unique approach to negotiating change; working with universal intelligences, known to us as numbers, to provide a personal, professional and spiritual health check. Karam = Structures that take us through time but with no result other than repetition. Kriya = Completion of these structures and the establishment of Dharmic structures. Dharmic structures are vehicles of awareness that use time to go beyond time.
Through the study and application of numbers you have the foundation to explore all personal and impersonal dimensions. We will explore how numbers are links in a chain tying together body, mind and spirit in a truly holistic way.
Kundalini Yoga Nothing looks or feels the same after kundalini yoga. You are finally the master of how you think and feel. You thought you were before. You were always working on making yourself feel content but now contentment is the normal state of affairs. You still have goals and dreams but the heart and mind are at peace and you are happy without reason.
Kundalini Yoga includes all aspects of yoga; postures, mudras, breath work, meditation, chanting and relaxation. Known as the Mother of All Yoga’s a daily practice helps us to break through our mental, physical and emotional blockages. We find out more about who we really are and re-align with our path and destiny. Feeling great and being successful tie together exercise, diet, wake up/sleep routines, mind training and a state of gratitude. Kundalini Yoga addresses all of these.
Acupuncture, massage (Shiatsu, deep tissue and Thai) and Chinese Herbal Medicine
These are the therapies we will use to identify where there is imbalance, how energy moves through the body, when it is blocked and how to unblock it. How to move yourself back to health and maintain the changes. As the course unfolds and dependent on the commitment of students we will explore step by step how to administer techniques and diagnostic tools drawn from these traditions.
Acupuncture and massage is based on treating channels/lines of fascia which correspond to our internal organs and can easily become blocked. When this happens we feel a loss of energy, tension or pain. Our immune, hormonal, nervous and endocrine systems operate below par. When the flow in these channels is restored then body?s natural self healing abilities kick in and we feel freedom in body and mind; calm, yet energised.
Acupuncture treatments are often combined with moxibustion; the heating of a herb called moxa which strengthens and moves the energy through warming acupuncture points. Cupping, the use of special shaped glass cups that create a vacuum and adhere to the skin can also be used. This method is very effective in improving blood and energy circulation and can be used for muscular and joint pain, colds, reducing swelling and improving the digestive and nervous systems.
Chinese herbal medicine is one of the oldest and most advanced natural medicine systems in the world. The application of herbal formulas has been continually refined in the light of clinical findings from their first use over 2000 years ago to their application today, and they are still as relevant for complex modern diseases as they were in ancient times. They are routinely used alongside Western medicine in many Eastern countries. Herbs help to cleanse, strengthen and balance the body. Each treatment is formulated individually to address the cause rather than the mere symptoms of disease.
